Writing
To publish articles, you must be invited by an existing member and create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2. Content Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of the content you publish on articles.gg. By publishing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform. You can remove your content at any time by unpublishing or deleting your articles.
3. Content Standards
You agree not to publish content that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
- Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Is primarily generated by AI without substantial human editorial contribution
- Is plagiarized or copied from other sources without proper attribution
4. Revenue Sharing
When advertising revenue is generated from your content, we share a portion of that revenue with you as described in our author dashboard. Revenue calculations are based on verified page views and actual ad earnings. We reserve the right to adjust revenue sharing terms with reasonable notice.
5. Sponsorships
Authors who organize content into books may have sponsor placements displayed alongside their work. Sponsorship revenue is tracked separately and attributed to the relevant content.
6. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your published articles will be removed from the Platform.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation beyond reasonable efforts, or specific revenue outcomes from ad sharing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, articles.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
